Chargeback Alerts

We are a global collaboration-based technology company established within the payments industry that provides a single, automated, secure platform for card issuing banks and merchants to communicate outside the payment authorization stream. Millions of times a day card issuing banks and merchants identify fraudulent and suspicious transactions that go undetected by the other party resulting in financial losses and administrative costs. Our platform ‘closes this information gap’ between card issuers and merchants significantly educating the time it takes for merchants to be notified of confirmed fraud from 3 to 6 weeks to just a few minutes, hours or days. The merchant establishes the down payment amount, finance terms and interest rate (if any). Businesses utilizing the solution can run an instant credit check and identity verification. The program emails reminders automatically to the customer 4 days before each payment is due and then collects payment by electronic debit from the customer's bank account and deposits to the merchants. Our Customer Service team follows up on missed payments and utilizes a professional collections process in the event of an account defaulting. A full suite of reports keeps the merchant advised on the status of each account.

Electronic Check Conversion (ECC)

Electronic Check Conversion converts a paper-based check to an electronic transaction at the point-of-sale. The check information is then transmitted via electronic equipment to a national verification database where it is evaluated against negative information. Within seconds a response is sent back to the merchant. A receipt very similar to a credit card transaction is generated and the customer signs it, thereby authorizing the electronic collection of funds to the merchant. The check information is then stored and the transaction deposits are routed to the merchant's account within 48 to 72 hours.

Convenience is important to everyone, not to mention our merchants. Electronic Check Conversion gives the merchant just that - only it's convenience with a guarantee (See below for Guarantee services without conversion). This check conversion process not only processes the check electronically allowing the merchant to forego trips to the bank, but it also guarantees the approved transactions. With this program the merchant simply accepts the checks and the check conversion program does the rest! The merchant can now accept & process checks just like they accept & process credit cards.

This program not only offers electronic check conversion, on-line transaction viewing and customized detailed reporting are also offered. With the reporting feature the merchant is able track all of their transactions through a secured on-line system that is available 24 x 7. The reporting capabilities of this system also allow the merchant customizable reporting features, thus enabling detailed information in the format the merchant prefers. This program takes all of the guesswork out of accepting checks and manages the process for the merchant.

Paper Guarantee & Other Check Services

Not all businesses want or need check conversion services, however many retail businesses would still like to be able to guarantee the checks they are accepting for payment.

Paper Guarantee is a check acceptance service that eliminates the risk of accepting paper checks. Verification and authorization are obtained at the point of sale for face-to-face transactions. paper checks are then manually deposited into the bank and will be guaranteed if returned unpaid.

Other check services we offer include Checks-By-Web; Designed for merchants selling goods or services on the Internet and Checks-By-Phone; Enabling merchants to accept "guaranteed" transactions from their customers over the phone.

ACH Processing Services

ACH Processing is a great option for a wide variety of US merchants. Visa and Mastercard are everywhere, but many merchants have not yet adopted ACH payments as part of their business. The benefits include lower fees than credit cards and an opportunity to reach more customers. ACH Processing will enable your company to accept a check by web or phone, set up recurring payment plans, issue payments for direct deposit of payroll or expense checks, and convert paper checks into electronic checks.

PIN-Based Debit Services

By accepting PIN-Based debit transactions a merchant who conducts face-to-face business can ask the customer if he would like to pay with debit or credit. By keying in their private four digit pin number into the PIN pad when prompted the merchant will pay a much lower rate (usually no more than $0.75 cents), no matter what the amount of the sale. By comparison, using a credit card on a $100.00 sale, the MasterCard or Visa discount rate would cost the merchant approximately $1.69, and an American Express sale approximately $3.25.

For the merchant, accepting PIN-Based debit cards means guaranteed funds without the concern of accepting a check that might later bounce.

In order for a merchant to accept pin-based debit transactions an encrypted PIN pad is required. Depending on the type of equipment a merchant is using an external PIN pad may be required. Some credit card processing units now come with integrated PIN pads which eliminates the need for an external encrypted PIN device, however, the integrated unit will still need to be encrypted in order for debit services to be activated.

Gift & Customer Loyalty Card Solutions

Gift cards are reusable, stored-value cards that enables merchants to have an electronic alternative to paper gift certificates. Cards are sold to customers for their own use or can be given to family or friends. Cards can be redeemed at store locations just like a credit card and balances can be debited from the card upon purchase. Cards are swiped through traditional credit card terminals and POS systems and payments are collected by the merchant at the time of sale.

Loyalty or Rewards cards can be used to accumulate points, dollars or rewards in a merchant's store or business. The card can track visits, products purchased or total dollars spent. The merchant can predetermine the levels of rewards or points on the program.

Gift & Loyalty card programs help merchants promote more frequent visits and spending at the merchant's location(s). Merchants can also use the solution to track customer spending habits, measure marketing efforts and collect important demographic information that can be used to send special promotional offers.

Automated Teller Machines (ATM)

when deciding whether or not to purchase an ATM machine for your business, the rule of thumb goes like this; 3% - 5% of the foot traffic that actually sees the ATM machine will use the ATM. So let's figure that you have a total of 300 people a day coming through your doors, and let's say that you are charging a $2.00 surcharge per valid withdrawal. If you take the middle road that 4% of the people that see the ATM machine will use it. Then you can count on your new automated teller machine to generate you a minimum of 360 transactions per month at $2.00 per valid withdrawal. That comes out to $720 per month or a total of $8,640 per year. All that from one ATM machine at one location.

It is important that you don't only look at the ATM as a vending machine with surcharge income in order to justify the purchase of equipment. Too often business owners make the wrong decision regarding ATM machines because of ignoring the bottom-line... profit and the new customer relationships an ATM provides. In short, EVERYONE NEEDS MONEY more than milk, gas, maybe even toilet paper; Virtually EVERYONE who lives nearby has an ATM card and, sooner, rather than later, will need to visit your store. This means new customer relationships.
